We are currently looking for a Business Manager, to work out of our studio in Koramangala, Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who has a natural inclination towards vernacular design, but is also interested in the business side of things - Both right and left brained!

 

Responsibilities​

• Achievement of target GMVs and revenues

• Business development - Outreach and networking with Architects and Interior Designers, attend and participate in industry events to expand network, strategise and execute collaborative opportunities

• Studio marketing to drive walk-ins

• Sales closing

• Client servicing - Maintain the customer relationship from enquiry, to onboarding, to project completion through periodic work updates

 

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Business OR a graduate degree in Design with prior experience in a similar role

• 3-5 years experience

• Preference would be towards candidates who are from the same or similar industry

This is a performance based role and an uncapped variable pay shall be applicable for the right candidate, along with a fixed renumeration as per industry standards.
