We are currently looking for a Business/ Studio Manager, to work out of our studio in Koramangala, Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who has a natural inclination towards vernacular design, but is also interested in the business side of things - Both right and left brained!

 

Responsibilities

• Scheduling client meetings at the studio. Attending to the clients, taking them through our design processes and ultimately signing them up

• Attend to walk-ins, assist with queries and sharing estimates as per requirements 

• Follow up with prospective clients after estimates have gone out, assist with queries on pricing and onboarding clients

• Client servicing - Schedule meetings for onboarded clients with the design team to finalise design

• Once design is confirmed, update the clients periodically on the progress of their order

• Studio marketing - Conceptualising and conducting events at the studio. Application and participation in third party events, competitions and exhibitions

• Ensuring periodic targets are met

 

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Business OR a graduate degree in Design with prior experience in a similar role

• 2-4 years experience

• Preference would be towards candidates who are from the same or similar industry
